AI Co-Build Live Session for HR
In this session, two practitioners build real AI cases live: from a five-minute automation to a full HR workflow. You'll watch Jessie Zwaan (Leapsome) and Emily Mabie (Zapier) go from prompt to production on screen, not a recorded demo. Come see how AI actually gets built, not pitched.

AI in HR gets talked about a lot. It gets built a lot less.
On July 27, two practitioners sit down and build live: Jessie Zwaan (VP People Strategy & Operations, Leapsome) and Emily Mabie (Sr. AI Automation Engineer for HR, Zapier). Each brings a real case and builds it start to finish: the tool, the prompts, the false starts, the moment it clicks.
This session is for you if you're not an engineer but you want to build with AI and stay ahead of the curve. The range is the point: from a single skill in Claude you can set up in an afternoon, to a full agent Emily's team runs in production today.
This is the second session in a series we started in June, when two practitioners showed their real automations instead of a pitch deck. It landed well enough that we're making it a habit.
What you'll get from the session:
- Two live AI builds, start to finish, not a recorded demo
- A look at how an HR team without engineers builds its own AI tools
- Something you can copy or adapt the same week
