We’ve appointed HR author Jessica Zwaan and HubSpot veteran Rebecca Corliss to our senior leadership team, as Notion becomes a Leapsome customer.

We have some news, and it’s the kind that reflects where we are as a company and where we’re headed.

We’re announcing the appointments of Jessica Zwaan as the new VP of People Strategy and Operations, and Rebecca Corliss as our VP of Marketing. At the same time, we’re welcoming Notion, the AI productivity company, as a customer. For us, these three things aren’t separate announcements. They’re part of the same story: a deliberate push to deepen our presence in North America, with the right people and the right product to back it up.

HR and people teams in the US are moving away from fragmented point solutions toward platforms that connect core HR, performance, engagement, and AI in one system. Leapsome was designed for exactly this shift, and we’re accelerating our US investment to meet that demand.

Notion is the latest to join our growing North American customer base, selecting Leapsome for its AI and workflow capabilities to support employee engagement and performance across its organization.

Two hires who know how to scale

Jessica and Rebecca join the Leapsome team

Jessica Zwaan joins us on April 1, 2026, from Talentful, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. She’s the author of Built for People, which reimagines HR as a product discipline, and Purpose and Work: How Purpose Supports Motivation, Productivity, and Performance at Work, a practical guide to building purpose-driven organizations. Based in New York, she brings a practitioner’s perspective on developing strong, scalable organizations — exactly what our US expansion calls for.

Rebecca Corliss was among HubSpot’s first 50 employees — part of the original team that grew and scaled the early-stage startup into a global leader through IPO. She brings that same expertise in growing markets from the ground up to Leapsome. Since then, she has led marketing for workplace and employee experience technology companies, including Owl Labs and VergeSense, taking multiple products to market across EMEA and the US.
