What data can you migrate from my current HRIS?

We migrate the core HRIS data you need to run Leapsome confidently from day one, including employee data and documents, absence history (up to six years), and relevant custom workflows. In your first call, we’ll confirm exactly what’s included based on your current system and setup.

How long does a typical migration take?

Most teams are up and running within a few weeks. Timing depends on your data complexity, number of entities, and how quickly we can access your exports or source systems — and we’ll give you a clear timeline after the assessment call.

What do you need from our team, and how much time will it take?

Very little. You’ll share your data (or grant access), join three short calls to align on scope and review results, and then sign off once everything looks right. We handle the heavy lifting in between so your HR team can stay focused on daily work.

How do we validate the migrated data before go-live?

Validation is built into the process. We migrate your data into Leapsome first, walk you through the results, and adjust anything needed before you approve final sign-off. Nothing goes live until you’re confident it’s correct.

Can you support multiple entities/countries?

Yes — Leapsome supports multi-entity setups and international organizations, including teams across DACH and North America. During the assessment, we’ll align on your entity structure, permissions, and any country-specific requirements so the migration plan fits your reality.

How do you handle security, GDPR, and compliance?
