Who’s Eligible?

‍To qualify for the €100 gift card:

✅ You must work for a company that with at least 30 and a maximum of 1,500 employees based in the United States, Canada, the UK, Switzerland or a country in the European Union.

✅ You are in a role that makes or influences decisions about purchasing HR technology. This means you are either C-Level or manager-level or above in the HR or Operations department.

✅ You must use a valid work email when signing up.

✅ No purchase is necessary.

❌ This offer is not open to employees of public institutions or government-owned entities, or to individuals whose employer policies prohibit acceptance of such incentives.

How It Works

1️⃣ Book and attend a full demo with one of our product experts.

2️⃣ Come prepared to discuss your company’s needs for HR technology.

3️⃣ Mention to the sales person at the start of the call that you have seen the offer and are interested in receiving the gift card.

4️⃣ After we confirm eligibility, we’ll send your €100 (or local currency equivalent) gift card within 1 week.

The fine print

By accepting this offer, you confirm that:

• Acceptance of the gift card is permitted under your employer’s internal policies, and under applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving the gift card. Leapsome may be required to report or withhold taxes in certain jurisdictions.

Despite personal eligibility, you may not qualify for the €100 gift card if:

• your company is a customer or has a current proposal from Leapsome;
• your company currently is or alread has been involved in sales discussions relating to the Leapsome platform within the last 6 months;
• a gift card under this offer has already been claimed in the name of your company by another person;
• Leapsome in it's reasonable discretion suspects fraudulent use of this offer or misrepresentations.

Leapsome reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time. All decisions on eligibility are within Leapsome's reasonable discretion.

A Few Important Notes

• We are working with tremendous.com to deliver the gift card to you. If you reside in a company with a different currency than EUR, tremendous.com may send you a gift card equivalent to €100 in your local currency.
• This offer is not a sweepstake, lottery, or contest.
• This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• For this purpose, we will share your name and email address with tremendous.com. This will be done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, GDPR/UK GDPR requirements. If your data is transferred outside the EU/UK, appropriate safeguards will apply.
• We may modify or end this offer at any time.
