Raising $60 million to further develop our people enablement platform


Thanks to the trust of our customers, our stellar team, and highly efficient business processes, Leapsome has been profitable from the get-go. We’re growing fast, and our revenue more than tripled in 2021. In 2022, we’re doubling down on our thriving business in the United States by inaugurating an office in New York City.

It was the perfect moment to unite with partners who strongly believe in our mission and raise our first round of external investment. With a $60-million Series A funding round from leading software investors Insight Partners (USA), alongside Creandum (Sweden) and Visionaries Club (Germany), we’ll accelerate Leapsome’s international growth and the development of our people enablement platform.

Our mission to make work more fulfilling for everyone


In 2016, we joined forces to bring a shared vision to life: making work more fulfilling for everyone. Having witnessed the growing pains of fast-paced companies, we knew that people enablement was the secret to a thriving organization.

And we also knew that organizations (and the people behind them) will not reach their full potential without the right processes to support a feedback- and learning-oriented culture and clear goals that create strategic alignment. Our way to bring this vision to life was to develop Leapsome: a cutting-edge platform for people enablement processes — including feedback, OKRs, employee engagement, and — crucially — ongoing learning.

With Leapsome, companies are better equipped to fight the Great Resignation and give employees what they seek: a strong company culture where they can do impactful work, develop their skills, and grow. We’re so proud that 1,000+ companies worldwide — including giants like Spotify, Unity, and Mercedes-Benz — have already embraced our vision.

This is just the beginning. We’ll continue to do our part in improving workplace cultures and in making the 80,000 hours an average person spends at work in their life more fulfilling. The world of work is evolving, our industry is changing, and we’re thrilled to see what we’ll achieve with our brilliant team and forward-thinking customers in the years to come.
