How we hire

Three stages. Clear all the way.

You'll always know where you stand and what's next. We use structured, shared scoring — not gut calls — so the process is fair. Most candidates go from intro call to offer in about three to four weeks.
Step 1

Intro call with your talent partner

30–45 minutes, on video. A two-way conversation: we walk you through the role, the team, and the mission, and get a feel for fit. Come with questions — this is as much you sizing us up as the reverse.
Step 2

The hiring team loop

Two conversations, about an hour each: a case or skills session grounded in real work you'd be doing here, and a deeper interview on how you think and work. Everyone scores against the same rubric and calibrates together — no single opinion decides the outcome.
Step 3

Founder & leadership conversation

In person where we can. A final conversation with a founder and a leader — on vision, ambition, and how you'll grow with us.
The offer

Most candidates go from intro call to offer in about three to four weeks. You'll always know where you stand and what's next.
Compensation

Paid fairly, by design — not by negotiation.

Compensation shouldn't come down to who asks loudest. Here's how we think about pay.

Transparent by default

Every role maps to a level with a defined salary band. You see the range up front — no guessing, no surprises.

Benchmarked to market

We set bands against reliable market data for your role and location, and re-benchmark regularly to stay honest.

No negotiation games

Your offer reflects your level and the band — the same as it would for anyone else at that level. Fair, and consistent.

Pay grows with impact

As you take on more and level up, your pay moves with you — reviewed on a clear, predictable cycle.

Ownership for everyone
