Custom translations for a personalized experience for your people

In addition to the platform being available in different languages, you can now easily translate your entire skills framework and any of your performance review or engagement survey questions into any language of choice within the Leapsome platform. 

Each employee will see the question in their native language; this makes the experience of filling out a review or completing an engagement survey convenient and inclusive for your people. 

The best part is that, in both surveys and reviews (where questions require a numerical score), the data is still aggregated — no matter in which language the employee sees the question. This means that you’ll still be able to analyze all the response data under the same question category and conduct in-depth analysis across all languages.

To add custom translations, just click on the translation button next to the text field. In the example below, we’re adding a question to a survey:
