What challenges did you want to solve by introducing Leapsome?
With company growth came a shifting focus from recruiting to developing people and fine-tuning our company culture. Our desire at JUNIQE is that everyone should be able to continuously excel at what they do and to be engaged and happy at work. It’s HR’s job to provide the right tools for that. We originally started out with a makeshift process for 360° reviews based on Google Forms that wasn’t scalable and was immense administrative work.
Why did you choose Leapsome?
Leapsome seemed like the right tool to help us continuously develop our JUNIQorns to achieve greater things. And it turned out to be true!
What changes have you seen across the company?
We experienced a massive boost in the quality of feedback generated at JUNIQE. There is no more fighting with the review process for managers, and the administrative work for HR is reduced by about 90%. It makes all our lives that much easier and the entire review process more transparent, efficient and valuable. Leapsome fosters even more transparency, honesty, and constructive criticism, and a stronger learning mindset than before.
What has your experience been with implementing Leapsome?
People like that we professionalise our feedback culture. We started out with the review module and are now adding continuous feedback & survey modules: really excited about both!

Leapsome is absolutely indispensable for fast growing companies. Would have implemented it much earlier in retrospect and not wasted time & resources on tedious GForms-driven processes.
