Who are we looking for?

Leapsome typically works with HR / leadership teams.

Job Titles / Roles

  • People who work in HR, People Operations or Talent Development
  • The leadership team (Founder,  CEO, COO, etc.)
  • Functional leaders (Head of Product /  Engineering / Sales etc.)

Company Size 

  • Companies with over 30 employees


  • Companies based in Europe or the US
  • Employees speaking English and / or German

The (usual) fine print

  • The new customer needs to sign an annual contract with Leapsome.
  • Rewards will be paid out within 30 days of the customer’s first invoice.
  • No rewards are granted for companies with under 30 employees.
  • No rewards are granted for companies  within an active buying cycle for Leapsome.
  • Only one referral reward can be granted per customer. First come, first served :)
  • Leapsome reserves the right to declare a referral ineligible if we believe the referral program is being abused.
