Q: Can I Trial Leapsome before paying?

Yes absolutely! You can test out Leapsome free of charge for a full 14 days. No credit card is required.

Q: Does the Trial account include the entire platform with all features?

Yes! You will have access to the entire platform and be able to test out all of the features. You can also add other users to test out the platform with you. 

Q: How much does it cost?

Pricing starts at 7€ (or $8) per user per month on an annual contract. We offer the flexibility of a monthly contract with an additional cost of  2€ per user per month. It includes the entire platform with all the features, support, onboarding, and product updates. 

Q: Is there a setup fee or other hidden cost?

None at all! With Leapsome, there is no setup fee and absolutely no additional or hidden costs.

Q: Do you have a requirement for a minimum number of users?

The minimum contract size that we offer is for 25 users (€2,100 annually). If your company is smaller than 25 people, you will be able to use the platform and add new users for no additional cost until you grow above 25 people. New users thereafter will be added at a maximum price of €7 per user per month on an annual contract. Reach out to us at sales@leapsome.com if you need more information. 

Q: How many employees should a company have to use Leapsome?

Our customers range from small early-stage startups to big corporations and everything in between. Leapsome is effective for teams as small as 4 employees (note: minimum contract size is for 25 users) right through to larger organizations of 5000+ employees.

Q: Is my data safe with Leapsome?

Security of your data is our top priority. Leapsome is compliant with GDPR regulations and follows strict data protection and encryption policies. Learn more about our data protection policies.

Q: How long does it typically take to implement Leapsome?

Leapsome is ready to use out of the box from Day 1 thanks to our best practice frameworks. The set up is made easy with integrations with major HRIS platforms. A typical implementation is usually done in 1-4 weeks.

Q: Can I export my data for internal reporting?

You can easily export your data with a click of a button.

Q: Do we need any training to use Leapsome?

No training is required to use Leapsome. The platform is intuitive and easy to use for you as an admin of the platform, your managers, and all your employees. Our Customer Success and Support team is always on-hand to help with anything you need and we also provide helpful guides and resources in our Help Centre showing you how to use the platform.

Q: Do you provide customer support?

As a Leapsome customer, you can contact our Support team at any time. We also provide guides and resources through our Help Center.

Q: Do you provide onboarding support?

Our Customer Success team will help you get up and running and will guide you through customizing Leapsome to your organisation’s needs.

Q: Can I add more people to the platform?

Yes, you can easily add more people through our platform. It’s easy to add new hires and additional team members to Leapsome.
